If you are
interested in applying under either of the two schemes, you
should contact the Secretary at the address above to obtain the
appropriate application form. Application forms cannot be
downloaded from this site. The Fund prefers personal contact
with the Secretary to the Fund.
Completed application forms, with references, need to reach the
Secretary to the Fund by 2 January, 1 May and 1 September for
consideration at the next meeting of the Executive Committee of
the Trustees.
All requests for assistance are considered individually by the
Executive Committee at its regular meetings. |
